Exchange • Exchange Policy Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do offer refunds and exchanges on most of all our products, we are here to help you with any issues, happy to offer you, to exchange your item within 10 days from the date of delivery excluding return postage costs for your item.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
- Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any earrings.
- Return items in their original condition, including packaging.

Refund Policy If the product you receive is flawed or doesn't match your order you purchased, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Refund Process
To start the exchange process, get in touch with our customer service team at business@ramayanaboho.com and send your order number along with the reason for the exchange or refund
Once the request is approved, we'll guide you on how to send the item back to us.
Kindly note shipping costs for an exchange is at your own expense. Ensure the item is packaged securely, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit.
We have a 10 day Exchange and Refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange or Refund.
